We will promptly evaluate your legal needs to determine the most efficient and least stressful course of action that is right for you.

Within a few days, you will receive a letter stating whether or not we are able to take you on as a client. We are very selective with our clients so that service and quality of representation are never compromised. If your problem requires specialization that is outside the Firm’s areas of expertise, rest assured we will do our best to put you in touch with someone who can better meet your needs.

Our attorneys are active in local, state-wide and national bar associations in order to foster relationships among attorneys and judges and stay at the cutting edge in developments in the law.

If our office takes on your case, you will receive a Letter of Engagement detailing the scope and terms of our representation. At every step along the way, our focus is on communication with the client.

Availability, responsiveness and our commitment to following through are what distinguishes us from other firms. Your case will not get passed from lawyer-to-lawyer, billing time along the way. Rather, we will determine early in your case what work is best delegated to a paralegal or clerical staff so that you get what you pay for, and pay for nothing more than what is needed.
