Jan Boroff Miller is a legal assistant who works mainly with probate litigation cases.
She started at Martin Heller Potempa & Sheppard, PLLC in 2019. Before joining MHPS, Jan spent over six years working at nonprofits, including Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, where she focused on collaborative community development and program management.
Jan graduated in 2011 from Huntington University with degrees in Journalism and Public Relations. Jan also holds a Master of Arts in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University. She is a member of Leadership Tennessee Next, Class I.
Outside of work, Jan enjoys hiking, traveling and restoring her home with her husband, Kyle. They live in Nashville with their dog, Reggie.
