About Susan Burks
Susan Burks joined MHPS Law in 2025. Susan’s practice is primarily devoted to estate planning, the administration of estates and trusts, as well as prenuptial agreements.
Originally from west Tennessee, Susan graduated from Brentwood High School in 1997, followed by The University of Tennessee – Knoxville in 2001. Susan obtained her Juris Doctor from The Nashville School of Law in 2009. When she’s not practicing law, Susan enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her three (3) daughters, as well as traveling, cooking and volunteering.
Susan is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
