Today, Jennifer handles cases involving probate litigation, conservatorships, guardianships, the administration of estates, custody, dependency and neglect, and appellate work. She currently accepts a high volume of court appointments through the Probate Court in Davidson County in which she serves as Guardian ad litem, Attorney ad litem, and Conservator for disabled adults.

Jennifer is a frequent lecturer for the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Nashville Business Institute on topics related to child custody, probate administration, probate litigation, client relations, and professional ethics.
On a personal note, Jennifer was recently married. Her husband, Ben M. Jacobs, is also a Nashville native. They have a cat and a (mostly) German Shepherd Dog, courtesy of the Middle Tennessee German Shepherd Rescue. Jennifer is a fitness enthusiast and has been a member of Iron Tribe Belmont for a number of years. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys travelling, going to music festivals, devouring a good slice of deep-dish pizza, and spending time with loved ones.
